Answer: Of course,you should provide us your artwork in clear AI,PDF or EPS.

Then we can make mould and print the design on the bag

ask: Could I use the color I like most?

Answer: Sure, the color is optional (as per pantone color).

Quantity

ask: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Answer: Generally, Our MOQ is 1000pcs. It depends on different kinds of bags.

Sample

ask: I want to make the sample, how about the cost?

Answer: It depends on the bag size and LOGO printing, we calculate the sample cost ,

regularly about 60usd (as per the design, maybe it will be higher or lower than 60usd).

Also, the sample fee will refund after placing the order.

ask: How can I get the sample?

Answer:Usually we use the Courier Service(UPS,TNT, Fedex, DHL,EMS),you should pay

 the sample fee and courier cost first, then it will take 3-5 days(depends on the distance) to reach your place.

Making

ask: How about your quality?

Answer: We have our own sewing machines,hot seal machines, and printing machine ,that is

 much easy to control the quality and we also have our own professional quality inspection team.

Packing 

ask: What is the packing detailed information?

Answer: Regularly 10pcs/polybag, 400 pcs/carton. We can also as per your special request.

Such as single packing, inner box and so on.

Delivery time

ask: What's your delivery time?

Answer: It depends on the styles and QTY. Usually, the lead time is 35-45 days.

Shipping 

ask: How to ship goods to us?

Answer: Usually FOB Shen Zhen and CIF your port. EXW is also OK.

Shipping by sea, by air, by express are all workable.
